Organisation:
Written by Pamela - I first met Andy face to face at a PRADSA workshop that he and Ann Light were organising (it was probably in 2007). I already e-knew him from various online discussion groups. For the final PRADSA workshop we co-produced a poster called: "Human-Digital Information Bridge: A pattern for cross-country learning and problem solving networks." It looked at some of the socio-tech issues of collaboration, and explored details that often get overlooked. The original theoretical analysis was based on work I had done in Nigeria, and we were interested to discover how well that analysis also fitted Andy's work in India. The poster summarised the analysis and illustrated it with the examples of the Teachers Talking project in Nigeria, and the Rural e-services project in India.
