(written by Pamela) Ed Cherlin and I have shared ideas and thoughts for a number of years through a variety of online communities, including Minciu Sodas. We overlap in many ways regarding attitudes to education. However much of his work relates to OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) and therefore to date ( January 6th 2011) and so i have not recognised practical overlapping areas to build on. (This is because OLPC has not impacted in any way on the kind of schools I am concerned with in Africa)
We started to discuss possible overlap today, in connection with The Earth Treasury Global Poverty Plan.
