I (Pamela McLean) came across Mark through a GlobalNet webinar where the introduction said
Mark Parker was a senior manager with bassac for over ten years, one of the partners who will be forming Locality in April. He is now studying community organising at Queen Mary University of London and has been on placement with South London Citizens until April 2011. He is concerned to see a renewal of grassroots democracy through action and reflection at local level.
